  • Corticosteroids: A group of steroids. Steroid is a medicinal substance that enhances the activity of body cells. A steroid is immunosuppressive and can cause side effects like weight gain, mood swings, muscle weakness and weakened bones, thinning of skin, and even high blood pressure.
  • Bronchodilators: Conventional medicines that temporarily relieve breathlessness by causing the air passages to dilate.
  • Bronchus: Major air passage of the lung.
  • Hypersensitivity: Set of undesirable reactions produced by immune system in response to allergens.
