    • Avoid foods high in sugar including soda, pastries, and baked foods.

  • 4 I have been taking Conventional medicines for Sleep apnea since quite a few years. Do I need to discontinue these medicines if I start Homeopathic Treatment?

    On discontinuing Conventional medicines suddenly, it is possible that the disease may get back with a higher intensity.   • 11 Will I have to take medicines for the rest of my life?

    It depends upon the severity and the stage of Sleep apnea. In acute attacks, medicines are taken only for that period, which can be stopped. But according to the conventional point of view, in some severe cases, medicines do need to be taken for a life time as the effects of these drugs are only short-termed.
