Chalazion:
When the mebomian glands get totally blocked, it leads to an inflammatory process called chalazion. It is represented as a painless nodule on the upper eyelid and if not treated, might lead to visual disturbances.
Orbital Cellulitis:
Sometimes, infection from the Stye spreads to the surrounding tissues around the eye and may develop into periorbital cellulitis.
