• Rheumatoid Arthritis- It is a form of arthritis which affects bones and joints. Its line of treatment also includes steroids which is again a risk factor for Osteoarthritis.
• Osteomyelitis- An infection of the bone, caused by bacteria or a fungus. It is manifested by many symptoms including bone pains. Requires immediate attention.
• Bone Cancer- Multiple myeloma and bone sarcomas are forms of bone cancer. Though rare, they can occur. They also cause pain in bones and subsequent fractures.
