- Wear proper corrective glasses if you have near or far sightedness.
- Exercise adequately and maintain good immunity with balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Don’ts
- Avoid eye medications, or any medicines without consulting doctor, some chemicals in these medicines may damage the eyes.
- Avoid prolong exposure to computer screen, TV screen, mobiles; especially from a shorter distance.
- Never ignore any eye discomfort or symptom.
