A 65-year-old industrialist presented with psoriasis of the feet since the last 30 years. He had tried various types of treatments in the past which had failed to resolve this issue. In fact, with every treatment, the disease became worse.

The patient had intense itching and burning pain around the lesions on the feet. As a result of this scratching, the patient used to develop infection with yellow crusts on the feet. The patient was unable to stand for even short period of time.
