17 year old male, had started getting white patches on his upper and lower eyelids on both the eyes since 1 year. There were no other complaints other than white spots. It started from the right eye. He was taking some medicines prescribed by a dermatologist and applied many ointments. There is no family history as well. He was very lean and thin and did not put on weight despite eating well. He was very ambitious and was very methodical and calculative in his plans for the future. He was very much interested in earning a lot of money. He liked playing outdoor sports, and usually played with the kids younger than him because they were easily dominated. After a thorough analysis, he was given Lycopodium for a month. There was very marginal improvement, but there was no spreading. Medicines were continued for 2 more months, after which the patches were turning slightly pinkish white. It has been 8 months, and he still undergoing treatment and the white spots have vanished in some places.
