A 37-year-old Male came to us with a complaint of itching, irritation and blackish thickening of skin in patches since past five years.

He had been to the best dermatologists in town, all of them had diagnosed it to be Lichen Planus but none of the medications prescribed by them seemed to be working.

He said that the itching was so intense that it led to bleeding. There was extreme dryness of the skin in general and there was itching present even without any eruptions.

His complaint increased due to warmth and was better in cold weather and cold washing.
