A case of 6 year old girl came with known case of relapse of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. She had low-grade fever, severe bone pains, generalized bodyache, lymphadenopathy and ecchymotic patches all over the body. Also she had severe backache. She screamed with pain; bit her own finger or parents as if the pain was unbearable. Pain increased with slightest movement. Could not sit or stand, had to lie down on her back. She could not lie on her sides.

She wanted her back to be supported if she had to be moved. She always wanted fan, she used to feel very hot. Her body was cold to touch. She was averse to covering. She was a very cheerful child when the pain subsided.

She had no appetite, no thirst because of the pain.
