This is a case of 12 year old boy who suffered from epistaxis on and off since 2 years. He would experience nose bleeds whenever he would be exposed to extreme cold conditions or cold dry weather. The blood would be continuous for a long time and bright red in colour. His head would get hot to touch. He would get very irritable and angry when he felt sick. Belladonna was prescribed and it helped a lot in treating his epistaxis. Within 2 months, the intensity and frequency of epistaxis had reduced dramatically. Even if he had nose bleed occasionally, homeopathy was administered and the bleeding would stop in minutes. After about 5 months of continuous treatment, he was better from epistaxis.
